The retainer is a non-refundable fee to reserve you session. It does not include digitals, prints or products. 

Once your session is booked, we will begin the detailed planning process to ensure your experience is seamless and personalized from start to finish. Here's what you can expect:

1. Session Prep Guide Before your family session, you will receive a comprehensive session preparation guide. This will cover everything from what to expect during the session to how to prepare your family for the best possible results.
2. Planning Props, Clothing, and Session Details We will collaborate to discuss any specific ideas or wardrobe choices you'd like to incorporate into your session. Whether it's special family heirlooms or styling preferences, I will ensure that the session reflects your vision.
3. On location Session Enjoy a relaxed, stress-free session where your family will be captured in a beautiful hand selected location on Cape Cod. My approach is playful, flexible and child-led, ensuring a natural and comfortable experience. Please note: locations over 30 minutes from Barnstable will incur a nominal travel fee.
4. Digital Gallery of Images Once your images are fully edited, you'll receive a digital gallery to view your final collection. This allows you to easily select your favorite photos, share with family, and begin the process of choosing your printed products.
5. Product Selection During this step, you will review your gallery and be bale to discuss custom-designed products with me, including prints, albums, and wall art. I’ll guide you through selecting the perfect keepsakes to showcase your images beautifully in your home.
6. Final Product Pickup After the design process is complete, your chosen products will be ready for pickup or will be delivered to your home. You’ll leave with beautifully crafted prints and artwork that will be cherished for years to come.
